Standard room rate:

• Standard for 10 adults
• Can accommodate up to 20 people (including children)
• Surcharge from the 11th adult (from 11 years old onwards): 250.000 VND/ person/ night
• Surcharge from the 6th child (6-11 years old): 100.000 VND/ child/ night
• Free for children under 6 years old

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation according to the value of the item
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must pay compensation according to the value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ, and 200.000đ for grill cleaning
• Service does not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to arrange a cooking party setup at the villa, please register with the property manager: provide the cook's information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure the villa's kitchen hygiene and property. All cleaning and kitchen property issues during your stay are entirely your responsibility

Property deposit policy:

• You must provide a 5.000.000 VND property deposit upon check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain intact and undamaged during your stay, the villa will refund this deposit on your check-out day (after deducting any service fees if applicable)
