👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard Room Rate:

• Based on 10 guests
• Can accommodate up to 15 people (including children)
• Surcharge for exceeding capacity: 250.000 VND/adult (age 6+)
• Free for children under 6

Booking Notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation will be required based on replacement value.
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. Any damage or loss will be subject to compensation based on replacement value.
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, engage in gambling, or any illegal activities in the villa.
• Guests must clean after cooking and eating. Failure to clean will incur charges: 500.000–2.000.000đ for general cleaning and 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning.
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dish washing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• Pets are not permitted in the villa.
• If you wish to hire a chef for party setup and catering at the villa, please register with the villa manager by providing the chef's details and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and equipment protection. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or hygiene issues involving the kitchen during their stay.

Security Deposit Policy:

• A security deposit of 5.000.000 VND is required upon check-in to protect the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If all items remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the full deposit will be refunded on check-out day (after deducting any additional service charges if applicable)
