Important booking notes:

• Do not use white towels or cloths to wipe stains, food, shoes, trash, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation is required based on the item's value.
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, compensation is required based on the item's value.
• Guests may not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities within the villa.
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of 500,000–2,000,000 VND, plus 200,000 VND for BBQ grill cleaning.
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa.
• If you wish to arrange catering or cooking setup at the villa, please register with the property manager with the cook's information and provide a 1,000,000 VND deposit to ensure villa kitchen cleanliness and safety. Guests are fully responsible for any issues regarding cleanliness and kitchen damage during their stay.

Security Deposit Policy:

• Guests must provide a 5,000,000 VND security deposit upon check-in to protect the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in good condition with no damage during your stay, this deposit will be refunded on check-out (after deducting any service charges that may apply).
