👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard: 18 adults, 7 children under 6
• Accommodates up to 32 guests, 10 children under 6
• Surcharge for exceeding standard capacity: 300,000 VND/ person (ages 12+), 200,000 VND/ child (ages 6-11)

Important booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must reimburse according to the item's value
• Do not rearrange furnishings or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, you must reimburse according to the item's value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in any illegal activity in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. If not cleaned, a cleaning fee of 500,000 - 2,000,000 VND will be charged, plus 200,000 VND for cleaning the cooking area
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dish washing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to hire catering or cooking setup at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide information about the cook and pay a 1,000,000 VND deposit to ensure hygiene and kitchen asset protection. If you fail to comply with any hygiene or kitchen asset issues during your stay, you are fully responsible

Property deposit policy:

• You must place a 5,000,000 VND deposit directly upon check-in to ensure the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or harm during your stay, the villa will refund the full deposit on check-out day (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
