Standard room rate:

• Accommodates 10 adults and 5 children under 6 years old
• Maximum 18 adults
• Surcharge for 11th adult (12 years and above): 200.000 VND/ person
• Surcharge for children aged 6-12: 150.000 VND/ child
• Surcharge for 6th child (under 6 years old): 100.000 VND/ person

Booking conditions:

• White towels may not be used for cleaning stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. — if damaged or soiled, replacement will be charged based on item value
• Guests must not rearrange furniture or items in the villa — if damaged or lost, replacement will be charged based on item value
• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, contraband, gambling, or engaging in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; if not cleaned, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will be charged, plus 200.000đ for kitchen deep cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ kitchen cleaning, etc.
• No pets are allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to arrange catering or cooking setup at the villa, please register with the housekeeper: provide catering details and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any damages or cleanliness issues related to the kitchen during their stay

Damage deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly upon check-in to ensure villa furnishings and fixtures are protected. If all villa furnishings and fixtures remain in original condition with no damage or wear during use, the villa will refund the full deposit upon check-out (after deducting any service charges incurred)
