VILLA STAY HOUSE RULES

1. Guests are required to present identification (national ID or passport) matching the name on the reservation for check-in processing (if names do not match, the villa will not allow check-in).
2. Property security deposit is 2.000.000đ/Villa/night, to be refunded to guests after deducting any incidental charges upon check-out (if applicable).
3. Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM noon. Late check-out may be available at an additional charge depending on room availability. Please contact the property manager if you wish to extend your checkout time.
4. Guests are not permitted to order food from outside restaurants to be brought into the villa. The villa only accepts guests bringing their own food and cooking in the villa (free of charge); if you wish to order food, please contact the property manager.
5. Đồng Chanh Coffee operating hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
6. To ensure the safety of children and maintain the peace and rest of other guests, families with children please remind children not to run and jump in the shared yard areas of the other 2 villas.
7. Maintain cleanliness in shared landscape areas: gardens, lawns, pool, etc. Do not litter or discard cigarette butts in the garden.
8. Do not bring food into villa bedrooms; do not soil bedding, pillows, mattresses, sofas, curtains, etc. Violation resulting in soiling or damage will incur a fine of 500.000đ–1.000.000đ depending on severity.
9. Do not play loud music, sing karaoke, or engage in noisy activities that disturb shared areas after 10 PM.
10. Free outdoor movie screening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM each night (except in cases of poor weather preventing use of the projector).
11. Guests are requested not to bring pets into the villa premises.
12. Smoking is not permitted in the villa; violation will result in a fine of 1.000.000đ per occurrence.
13. Do not move villa furnishings without permission. If villa property is damaged or lost after handover, guests are fully responsible for compensation at current replacement value.
14. Strictly prohibited: bringing in/using banned substances, addictive substances, prostitution, gambling, or other illegal activities. Intentional violation will result in legal liability, and the villa reserves the right to evict guests without refund of any charges.
15. In case of fire or explosion, guests should immediately inform the property manager on-site for prompt assistance.
16. Before departing the villa, guests must settle all invoices incurred at the property and carefully check for personal belongings.
17. After checkout, if personal items are left behind and found, the villa will send them to your requested address; shipping fees will be borne by you. If no notification is provided, items will be kept for a maximum of 3 months.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

1. Swimming hours: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily
2. Do not litter in the pool (pool area has security cameras; violation will incur a fine of 1.000.000đ–3.000.000đ depending on level of cleanliness violation).
3. Check pool depth carefully before swimming.
4. Families with young children: supervise children swimming within safe areas; the villa does not provide lifeguard service.
5. Persons with skin conditions, heart disease, or water-related health issues must not enter the pool.
6. Do not bring food or drinks to the pool area.
7. Do not turn equipment on/off at the pool without permission.
8. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings as the pool is a shared area; the villa is not responsible for lost items.
