Other rules and regulations
- You can only postpone/change once (no charge) when you delay 15 days before the check-in date; Postponement/change after 15 days and 5 days before check-in will be charged 15% of booking value.
- Postponement / rescheduling from the 2nd time onwards, 15 days before the check-in date: charge 20% of the booking value; after 15 days before 5 days of check-in: charge 30% of booking value;
- Postponed after 5 days before check-in date: charge 100% of booking value.
- Time to postpone / change the service to another day must be fixed immediately after the villa agrees to change the date. If the guest cannot set a date to change the service, Villa will apply the cancellation policy.
