👥 Standard: 15 guests (maximum 17 guests). Surcharge from 16th person: 200 000 VND / 1 adult, 100 000 VND / 1 child.

• 3 independent apartments, 3 self-contained bedrooms, 1 large common living room 80m2
• Outdoor overflow swimming pool without chemicals good for health
• Children's outdoor play area
• The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, chopsticks, bowls, BBQ stove and full baking tools so that guests can cook for themselves.
• Cool living room with 4 views.
• BBQ area, afternoon tea
• The house is fully equipped with towels, shower gel, shampoo ... (to limit plastic waste into the environment, Lamon encourages guests to bring their own brushes and face towels)

🌺 Service charge (if used):

• Ask the housekeeper to wash the dishes and clean up after eating: 300 000 VND
• Charcoal: 25000 VND/kg
• Ice: 15000 VND/bag.

⚠️Special Note:

• Tenants please keep the common hygiene clean during their stay at Lamon house (such as washing dishes, cleaning after eating, etc.)
• You do not bring pets
• Do not use smiley balls, stimulants
• Do not organize illegal gambling.
