  • After check-out, the management team will inspect the Villa. If there is no damage, loss of property, or any additional charges under the Villa's regulations, the deposit 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝟏𝟎𝟎% by bank transfer
  • within 12 hours after the inspection is completed.
  • There is no mandatory cleaning fee. However, if guests do not leave the Villa clean, a cleaning fee (500k) will be charged (in cases of vomiting, failure to clean properly, failure to collect rubbish, etc.). If guests require cleaning services, the fee can be discussed with the host
