☘ Nearly 3000m2 of grounds. The 50m2 swimming pool is 1.4m deep (with a separate children's section).

☘️ A total of 8 bedrooms, with Vip 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on the 2nd floor and Vip 6, 7, 8 on the 3rd floor:

Vip 1 has 1 Queen-size bed measuring 1.6m x 2m.
Vip 2, 3, 4, 5, 6: each room has 1 King-size bed measuring 1.9m x 2m.
Vip 7: 2 King-size beds measuring 1.9m x 2m
Vip 8: 4 King-size beds measuring 1.9m x 2m (Standard setup: 1 duvet per bed)

Portable speaker connected to a fixed projector in the living room for karaoke (karaoke and music must end by 22:00)
Free use of the pickleball court from 6:00-18:00 (a surcharge of 100k/1 hour applies from 18:00-22:00; no play after 22:00, when the lighting system switches off automatically). Guests must bring their own rackets, balls and sports shoes.
Swing, billiards and foosball.
2 SUP boards for 1 hour on the lake. At check-in, the property manager will arrange the loan if conditions are deemed safe. Guests wishing to go out on the water must choose 1 of 2 time slots: 16:00-17:00 or 9:00-10:00.
