• The campus is 15000m2, full of green trees
• The view of Ba Vi mountain is ecstatic, checking in seems to be in the West
• 1st floor with large living room with television (karaoke room)
• Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms:

• 2 single rooms with 2 beds each
• 2 double rooms with 1 bed each
• 8 extra cushions with the large group

☘️ Villa Utilities:

• Swimming pool is about 50m2 wide, 1m-1m55 depth. Natural laterite mineral water source, no cleaning chemicals are used. Parents can rest assured that the children can play freely in the water
• Large football field - soccer or team building are suitable
• Fishing lake
• Mini football field, playing basketball, badminton
• Modern karaoke system, music list is constantly updated
• The villa side allows guests to pick seasonal fruits to eat in the garden for free (if you want to bring back, you will be charged)
• The kitchen is full of dishes and pots and pans
• There are 3 hot pot stoves, rice cookers, refrigerators, cups, outdoor BBQ grills
• Villa has a car park
• Alone in a lake, you can enjoy fishing raised in the garden, clean bags, delicious bags

☘️ Service charge:

• Surcharge from 16th person: 300 000 VND/person (Friday-Sunday), 200,000 VND/person (Monday-Thursday). Children under 5 years old in the garden will not be surcharged, from 5-9 years old, 50% surcharge and 10 years old and above will be charged an adult price
• Grilled charcoal: 40 000 VND/1 kg
• Cleaning + washing dishes: 20 000 VND / 1 person / 1 meal
• Receive food and drink orders according to regional specialties (2 days notice)
