+ Khuôn viên đẹp, có nhiều view để sống ảo. + Nv phục vụ, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. + Nội thất Villa Hoa Giấy cũng ổn, tiện nghi. + Sân vườn rộng, có nhiều chỗ cho các cháu chơi. - Đề nghị Villa cho đặt các bẫy dính để làm giảm bớt đàn nhặng. - Bể bơi nên gắn thêm bậc lên xuống inox
