Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy is 2 guests
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests
• Surcharge from the 3rd guest onward: 150.000 VND/person

Security deposit policy:

Groups (4 people or more) and guests bringing pets must pay a security deposit of 1.000.000 VND directly at check-in to cover the furnishings in the property. If all furnishings remain in their original condition during the stay, with no damage of any kind, the homestay will return this deposit to you on the check-out date
