Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• Surcharge from the 3rd guest: 100.000 VND/ person

Security deposit policy:

Groups (4 guests or more) and guests bringing pets must pay a 1.000.000 VND security deposit directly at check-in to cover the furnishings in the property. If all furnishings are kept in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage of any kind, the homestay will refund this deposit on the check-out date
