Property deposit policy:

Guests must place a deposit of 1.000.000 VND directly upon check-in for group guests (4 people or more) and guests with pets to ensure the furnishings in the house. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage during your stay, the homestay will refund this deposit amount to guests on checkout day
