Take care of the Villa’s property during your stay. Guests must compensate for any damage based on the price paid by the Villa to the supplier;
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Villa is not liable for any loss or misplaced items;
The Villa’s swimming pool and lake areas do not have sufficient lifeguard coverage. Guests traveling with children must supervise them and accept full responsibility for their personal safety.
