☘️ **Villa is built into 3 bedrooms, standard number of people: ** 6 adults + 3 children under 6 years old. Room rates include breakfast and entertainment facilities

• Additional person surcharge: (Including mattress + breakfast) children from 6 to 9 years old: 250,000 VND/person, from 9 years old charged as adults: 350,000 VND/person

• Grill surcharge: 350,000 VND/stove (including 5kg charcoal, grill and tongs)
• Surcharge for renting hot pot kitchen: 200,000 VND/kitchen
• Free bring food on weekdays. Weekend surcharge of 50,000/person (including standard set of indoor and outdoor table and chairs.)

☘️ Food service: Rose has a restaurant serving set menus/ BBQ/ Mot/ hot pot with local flavors. There is a setup for guests to eat at the apartment.
