👨‍👩‍👦‍👦Standard occupancy:

• Standard occupancy is 30 adults and 10 children under 6 years old
• Maximum occupancy is 60 guests (including children)
• Surcharge from the 31st adult (over 12 years old): 300.000 VND/person
• Surcharge for children aged 6-12 and the 11th child under 6 years old: 200.000 VND/child

Important service policies:

• Complimentary use of the swimming pools, pool table, foosball, grounds, woodland, grassy hill... In winter, the year-round pool is shared by the entire property (the pool at Forest Villa)
• Paid services: campfire (500k), sauna (400k/room/h), fishing (150k/kg including cleaning and marinating), backdrop rental (100k/m2), projector (700k), karaoke (portable speaker 400k/day)
• The room rate applies to standard occupancy; additional guests incur a surcharge of 300k/person, children 200k/person, and guests over 12 years old are charged as adults
• Guests may cook their own meals: the villa provides complimentary kitchen utensils, an oven, cooktop, microwave, bowls, chopsticks… (The dining room is equipped with an induction cooktop, pots, pans, and an extractor hood, but cooking is limited to simple, low-odor dishes to keep the shared space clean and fresh. Please prepare strong-smelling dishes in the kitchen)
• Cleaning and dishwashing fee: 300k for groups of up to 15 guests; from the 16th guest onward, 20k/person
• Support and service staff can be hired for 100k/h/person
• Venue rental for team-building events, weddings, birthdays… 3000k/day
• Surcharge for bringing in external sound and lighting systems: 500k/day
• Breakfast is served from 7:30-9:00, lunch from 9:30-11:30, and dinner from 18:00-21:30. Service outside these hours costs 200k/h/person; buffet bbq ingredients used outside service hours are charged separately, and surplus food ordered but not eaten is charged at 300k/kg
• Weekends and public holidays: priority is given to bookings by area
• Weekdays: individual rooms may be booked
