Standard room rate:

• Capacity: 2 guests
• Max occupancy: 6 guests
• Surcharge from 3rd guest: 150.000 VND/ person

Security deposit policy:

• A security deposit of 1.000.000 VND is required to protect the furnishings and contents. If all furnishings and contents remain in original condition with no damage or deterioration during your stay, the homestay will refund the full deposit within 24 hours of check-out. Please provide a photo of your national ID card (both sides) or passport for the company's registration process.
