Standard Room Rate:

• Sleeps 2 guests
• Can accommodate up to 6 guests
• Surcharge from 3rd guest onwards: 150,000 VND per guest

Damage Deposit Policy:

You must provide a 1,000,000 VND deposit to secure the furnishings and property. If all furnishings and property remain in their original condition throughout your stay with no damage, the homestay will refund your deposit within 24 hours of check-out. Please provide photos of your ID card (both sides) or passport for the company's registration procedures.

Parking Information:

1. Motorbike:

• Fee: 10,000 VND per vehicle per visit
• Park at homestay
• Park at building basement (10–20,000 VND per visit)

2. Car:

• Fee: 100,000 VND per vehicle per visit
