Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
• Surcharge from the 3rd adult (over 10 years old): 200.000 VND/person/night
• Surcharge for the 3rd child (under 10 years old): 150.000 VND/child/night
• Up to 2 children under 6 stay free
• Christmas holiday surcharge: 300.000 VND/night (applies to the nights of 23 and 24, and 25/12)
• Public holiday surcharge: 300.000 VND/ night (applicable dates: public holidays)

Security deposit policy:

Groups (3 or more guests) and guests bringing pets must pay a 1.000.000 VND security deposit directly at check-in to cover the home's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition during the stay, with no damage, the homestay will refund the deposit on the check-out date

Booking notes:

• A cleaning fee applies to groups, guests who decorate for parties themselves, and guests who leave behind excessive rubbish and unwashed dishes: 300.000 VND
