Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests
• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
• Surcharge from the 3rd adult (over 10 years old): 200.000 VND/person/night
• Surcharge for the 3rd child (under 10 years old): 150.000 VND/child/night
• Up to 2 children under 6 stay free
• Christmas surcharge: 300.000 VND/night (applies to the nights of 23 and 24, and 25/12)
• Public holiday surcharge: 300.000 VND/ night (applicable dates: public holidays)

Security deposit policy:

A deposit of 1.000.000 VND is required directly at check-in for groups (3 guests or more) and guests bringing pets, to cover the furnishings in the property. If all furnishings remain in their original condition during the stay, with no damage of any kind, the homestay will refund this deposit on the check-out date

Booking notes:

• A cleaning fee applies to groups, guests who decorate for parties themselves, or guests who leave behind a large amount of rubbish and unwashed dishes: 300.000 VND
