Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not so much the place, but the people who run it. all were extremely nice and really went above and beyond to make the most of our stay here in Hanoi. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but this is more than deserving praise, so that I’m compelled to write. Aside from a wonderful place with great location, the major positive thing is how much your questions are answered, promptly and the degree to which they will go out of their way to assist. From “hey can you help us find a good place to exchange money” to “where can I go get a haircut” to arranging for transportation as well as tours. Thanks again for having us!
