• Do not bring flammable or explosive substances, weapons, toxic substances, addictive substances or strong-smelling items during your stay
• Pets are not allowed
• Do not organize or facilitate prostitution, use prohibited substances or take part in activities prohibited by law. Guests found doing so will bear full responsibility. The homestay reserves the right to refuse accommodation and retain the deposit.
• Do not gather to gamble or disturb public order.
• Do not sing karaoke or play loud music that disturbs the surrounding area after 22:00.
• Do not smoke in the bedrooms, drop cigarette ash or stub cigarettes out on any furnishings or belongings.
• Do not move or dismantle furniture or other equipment from its original position without permission.
• Visitors are not allowed after 22:00. Where necessary, guests must notify the manager and obtain approval.
• If the number of guests exceeds the registered guest list, please notify the manager and pay any applicable surcharge.
