  3. Disruptive behavior such as intoxication, quarreling, fighting, noise, loud music, speakers, or loud TV that disturbs the rest and relaxation of other guests in the Homestay is prohibited.
  4. Illegal activities such as gambling, drugs, prostitution, etc. are strictly prohibited in the Homestay and will be immediately reported to authorities.
  5. Guests who damage the Homestay's equipment or property must compensate at the Homestay's listed price.
  6. Strangers are not allowed in the room; maximum 2 guests per room.
