👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard: 2 adults
• Maximum occupancy: 4 people (including children)
• Surcharge above standard capacity: 300k/adult (from 12 years old), 250k/child (< 12 years old)

Important service policies:

• Free use of the swimming pool, foosball table, archery, darts, grounds, woodland, grassy hill... In winter, the shared four-season pool is available (the pool at the Forest villa)
• Paid services: campfire (1000k), sauna (400k/room/hour), fishing (150k/kg including cleaning and marinating), backdrop rental (100k/m2), projector (700k), karaoke (portable speaker 400k/day)
• The room rate covers standard occupancy; an additional surcharge of 300k/person applies, children are 200k/person, and guests over 12 years old are charged as adults
• Guests may cook for themselves: the villa provides free kitchen utensils, an oven, cooktop, microwave and tableware… (The dining room has an induction cooktop, pots, pans and an extractor hood, but cooking should be limited to simple, low-odor dishes to keep the shared space clean and fresh. Please prepare strong-smelling dishes in the kitchen)
• Cleaning and dishwashing fee: 100k for groups of up to 4 people, 200k for groups of up to 8 people, 300k for groups of up to 12 people, then 20k/person from the 13th guest onward
• Support and service staff rental: 100k/hour/person
• Venue rental for team-building events, weddings, birthdays… 4000k/day
• Surcharge for bringing in external sound and lighting systems: 1000k/day
• Breakfast is served from 7:30 – 09:00, lunch from 11:00-13:00 and dinner from 18:00-21:30. Buffet dining is free for children under 6 years old, children aged 6-12 are charged 85%, and those over 12 are charged as adults
