Service policy note:

• Free use of pool, table football, archery, darts, grounds, forest, and fields. In winter, all-season pool shared (Forest villa's pool)
• Paid services: bonfire (1000k), steam therapy (400k/room/h), fishing (150k/kg including cleaning and seasoning), backdrop rental (100k/m²), projector (700k), karaoke (portable speakers 400k/day)
• Room rate applies to standard occupancy; excess guests charged 300k/person, children 200k/person, over 12 treated as adult
• Guests can self-cater: villa provides free kitchen utensils, oven, stove, microwave, dishes, etc. (Dining room is equipped with induction cooktop, pots, pans, and hood, but please avoid heavy cooking—only simple, low-odor dishes to keep the shared space fresh and clean. Please use the full kitchen for aromatic dishes)
• Cleaning and dishwashing: 100k for up to 4 people, 200k for up to 8, 300k for up to 12, then 20k/person from the 13th
• Hire staff assistance: 100k/h/person
• Event space rental for team building, weddings, birthdays, etc.: 4000k/day
• Surcharge for bringing in external sound/lighting systems: 1000k/day
• Breakfast service 7:30am–9am, lunch 11am–1pm, dinner 6pm–9:30pm. Buffet free for children under 6, children 6-12 charged at 85%, over 12 as adult
• Weekends and holidays: priority booking by villa sections
• Weekdays: can rent by individual room
