☘️ Number of people: 30 adults

• Surcharge from the 31st person: 200 000 VND/person, children under 4 years old free, from 4-10 years old 100 000 VND/child
• Up to 60 people (counting from children over 4 years old)

• 8 spacious bedrooms with modern bathroom equipment: Including 2 master rooms with living room & 5 deluxe bedrooms with bath tub & 1 dormitory room
• BBQ area and indoor and outdoor dining tables (with pots, pans, rice cookers, kettles, knives, dishwashing liquid, 1 induction cooker, grill, 2 BBQ charcoal grills ..)
• Modern private karaoke room for you to unleash your talent
• Professional playroom including ball house, slide, pipe, climbing net,...
• Sightseeing garden with spacious lawn
• Fishing ponds and water huts
• Fully equipped kitchen area

☘️ Cost incurred:

• Checkout cleaning fee: 500 000 VND
• Fee for washing dishes + cleaning: 100 000 VND - 150 000 VND / time or more depending on the number of guests (if requested, the cost is agreed in advance with the housekeeper)
• Coal: guests prepare it themselves, or ask the housekeeper to buy it for them, the price is 15000 VND/kg
• Campfire for groups under 30 people: 300 000 VND (over 30 people is 500 000 VND) (if requested by guests)
• Campfire area if needed: firewood fee 300 000 VND to be paid directly to the housekeeper
• Speaker pull with 2 mics, rent 200,000 VND for the time of use;
• Mobile projection screen needs to rent 200 000 VND, projector 300 000 VND
