• 10 single cushions, for the whole family to talk all night
• Clean and convenient toilet
• Refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen for everyone to cook together

• 02 cushions of 1.2m/bungalow for small families and couples who want privacy.
• WC next to Bungalow
• 01 private swimming pool: comfortable swimming in the mountains and very fun pool party...
• Private BBQ grill next to the pool to enjoy delicious dishes

• Hire darts/bows: 100,000 VND/day
• Fishing rod rental: 200,000 VND/3 hours
• Kayaking: 100 000 VND/h (boat for 2 adults + 1 child)
• Balls: 50 000 VND/h
• Rent Speaker + 2 mics: 300 000 VND (Free battery replacement)
• Campfire: 300 000 VND
• Support BBQ party: 500 000 VND/meal
• Ice: 20 000 VND/bag
• Induction hot pot: 100 000 VND/kitchen (applicable to guests who bring the kitchen to/rent from the homestay)
• BBQ charcoal (if not using the support package): 100 000 VND/bag (5kg)
• Washing dishes at Brown12, Gold16, Green/Blue20 areas: 100 000 VND/breakfast, 300 000 VND/lunch-dinner
• Additional person surcharge: 200,000 VND/person
• Overtime surcharge: 200,000 VND/hour for Green, Blue, Gold, Brown
• Cleaning fee for housekeeper after check out: 300 000 VND (if guests do not clean up by themselves)
