General rules of LF Homestay:

• Do not bring flammable substances, weapons, poisons, narcotics, strong odors during the stay
• No pet allowed
• Do not organize, attract objects to engage in sex trafficking, do not use banned substances, or engage in recreational activities prohibited by law. If found, please take full responsibility. Homestay has the right to refuse to accept and not refund the deposit.
• Do not gather to gamble, cause disorder and security.
• Not allowed to sing karaoke, play loud music causing disorder in the area after 10pm.
• Do not smoke in the bedroom, do not let cigarette butts fall or rub cigarettes on objects and utensils.
• Do not arbitrarily move or dismantle furniture and other equipment from its original position.
• Not allowed to receive guests after 10pm. In case of necessity, the notification must be approved by the manager.
• When there are more people in the list compared to the registered list, you must notify the manager and please pay the surcharge (if any).

Services arising:

• Rent a portable speaker with 2 mics: 450 000 VND/day
• Golf practice course (club rental + 100 balls): 300 000 VND/hour
• Archery: 100 000 VND/day
• Binoculars: 100 000 VND/day
• SUP surfboard rental: 200,000 VND/hour
• Campfire (including 5kg of potatoes/cassava): 450 000 VND/time
• Teambuilding shirt rental: 20 000 VND/piece/day
• Rent soccer, volleyball: 100 000 VND/day
• BBQ service (borrowing stove, dishes, kitchen group, washing dishes after use): 200 000 VND/group (required for BBQ group)
• Grilled charcoal: 20 000 VND/kg
• Prepare tables and chairs: 10 000 VND/pax
• Hire standing grill, serving at the table: 10 000 VND/pax
• Cleaning and washing dishes after the party: 25000 VND/pax (minimum 150 000 VND/group)
