Damage deposit policy:

Guests need to place a deposit of 1.000.000 VND directly at check-in for group guests (4 people or more) and guests with pets to ensure the integrity of the furniture and items in the house. If during the stay, all furniture and items in the house remain in their original condition with no damage or loss, the homestay will refund this deposit to guests on the day of check-out
