General rules of LF Homestay:

• Do not bring flammable substances, weapons, poisons, narcotics, strong odors during the stay
• No pet allowed
• Do not organize, attract objects to engage in sex trafficking, do not use banned substances, or engage in recreational activities prohibited by law. If found, please take full responsibility. Homestay has the right to refuse to accept and not refund the deposit.
• Do not gather to gamble, cause disorder and security.
• Do not sing karaoke, play loud music causing disorder in the area after 10pm.
• Do not smoke in the bedroom, do not let cigarette butts fall or rub cigarettes on objects and utensils.
• Do not arbitrarily move or dismantle furniture and other equipment from its original position.
• Guests are not allowed after 10pm. In case of necessity, the notification must be approved by the manager.
• When there are more people in the list compared to the registered list, you must notify the manager and please pay the surcharge (if any).

Services arising:

• Rent 2 mic portable speaker: 450k/day
• Golf practice course (including clubs + 100 balls): 300k/hour
• Archery: 100k/day
• Binoculars: 100k/day
• Rent a SUP surfboard: 200k/hour
• Campfire (including 5kg of potatoes/cassava): 450k/time
• Rent a teambuilding shirt: 20k/piece/day
• Rent soccer, volleyball: 100k/day
• BBQ service (borrow kitchen, dishes, kitchen group, wash dishes after use): 200k/group (required for BBQ group)
• Grilled charcoal: 20k/kg
• Prepare tables and chairs: 10k/pax
• Hire standing grill, serving at the table: 10k/pax
• Cleaning and washing dishes after the party: 25k/pax (minimum 150k/group)
