• Do not bring flammable or explosive substances, weapons, poisons, narcotics, or strong-smelling items during your stay
• Pets are not allowed
• Do not organize or facilitate prostitution, use prohibited substances, or engage in activities prohibited by law. If any such activity is discovered, guests will bear full responsibility. The homestay reserves the right to refuse accommodation and will not refund the deposit.
• No gathering to gamble or causing disturbances.
• No karaoke or loud music that may disturb the area after 22:00.
• Do not smoke in the bedrooms, drop cigarette ash, or stub out cigarettes on any furnishings or items.
• Do not move or dismantle furniture or other equipment from its original position without permission.
• Visitors are not allowed after 22:00. If necessary, please notify the manager and obtain their approval.
• If the number of guests exceeds the registered guest list, please notify the manager and pay any applicable surcharge.
