3 adjacent villas, ideal for families or groups of friends on a weekend getaway
The 1st floor has 3 rooms: 1 22m2 room with a pool view (1 double bed, 1 bathroom, sofa + TV), 1 20m2 room (3 double beds + 1 bathroom with a garden view), and 1 15m2 room (1 double bed + 1 bathroom with a garden view)
The 2nd floor has 3 rooms: 1 27m2 room (with sofa + bathroom) and 2 27m2 rooms: Separate entrances, sharing 1 bathroom located between the two rooms.
2 dining areas: 1 by villa 1 (with foosball) and 1 next to villa 3 (without foosball). Each dining area is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, basic seasonings, 1 freezer, refrigerator, chiller, BBQ grill, hotpot stove, and its own restroom
Swimming pools: 2 pools of approximately 30m2 – 1,2 – 1,5m deep

A surcharge of 1.500.000 applies on weekends if guests would like a private pool; on weekdays, private pool access can be arranged flexibly depending on availability

Đường ô tô vào bé ,đường đất ,xung quanh trồng toàn cây cỏ rất nhiều muỗi ,côn trùng Nhà có 5 căn (1 căn cách biệt để đồ dùng ,xoong chảo ,bàn bia lắc ,...) .4 căn để nghỉ ,2 hồ bơi( 1 hồ giữa căn 1+2 ,1 hồ giữa căn 3+4 ) . Nhà làm bằng tôn và thạch cao đi mùa đông còn đỡ ,mùa hè nóng thôi r nhé ,. Căn m ở là căn thứ 1 có 2 tầng . Tầng1 có 1 phòng , rầng 2 có 3 phòng . Tầng 2 có 1 căn có wc riêng ,2 phòng còn lại tầng 2 chung wc ( giữa các phòng tôn chắn k khít để hở nói gì biết hết nhé )

Địa điểm đẹp, phòng sạch sẽ, giá hợp lý và đặc biệt anh phục vụ rất đẹp trai. Mình nghỉ ngơi 3 ngày ở đây mà vi vu được khắp mọi nơi của Ba Vì.

Nhóm mình có 12 người, ở Block số 2 rất hài lòng về dịch vụ và phòng nghỉ ở đây. Ở đây có bể bơi, phòng cộng đồng, bếp ăn và có thể đi chơi ở Ba Vì rất thuận tiện.
