Standard room price:

• Standard for 4 guests
• Accommodates up to 6 guests
• Surcharge from 5th guest: 150.000 VND/person

Damage deposit policy:

Guests must provide a damage deposit of 1.000.000 VND at check-in for groups (4 or more) and guests with pets to protect the apartment's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in good condition with no damage during your stay, the deposit will be refunded at check-out.

Parking information:

1. Motorbike:

• Free
• Parked at homestay
• Park on ground floor of the building; one motorbike per room; do not lock the steering lock and keep the bike neatly positioned

2. Car:

• 300.000 VND fee
• Parked outside homestay (200m away)
