I. CHILDREN & SURCHARGE POLICY

• Children under 6 sharing with parents stay free
• Children 6–12 years: 100.000 VND per child surcharge
• Children 12 and over charged as adults: 200.000 VND per person surcharge

II. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 11:00

• Check-in 6:00–10:00 — 50% room rate surcharge — advance notice required
• Early check-in before 6:00 — guests pay 100% room rate surcharge — advance notice required
• Check-in 10:00–14:00 — subject to room cleanliness; early check-in after 10:00 may be available at no charge. Late check-out after the designated time is subject to room availability and will incur the following fees:
• 11:00–15:00: 30% room rate
• 15:00–18:00: 50% room rate
• Check-out after 18:00: 100% room rate

III. PAYMENT POLICY

• All bookings require a 50% deposit before receiving the booking confirmation slip.
• At check-in, pay the remaining 50%. The villa holds a 2,000,000 VND security deposit for property and cleanliness along with a guest's ID. If cleanliness and property are maintained, this amount will be refunded at check-out, or deducted for any additional charges (if applicable).

IV. HOUSE RULES

1. When returning the villa, ensure all property, furnishings, and decor inside and outside are maintained as upon check-in.
2. Please smoke outside the building. Dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays in the garden.
3. We value courteous guests, so please maintain cleanliness and tidiness during and after your stay.
4. We care for animals; however, please understand your pets cannot stay with us to avoid unexpected complications during your stay. We will do our best to arrange reasonable pet care alternatives for you.
5. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving your room.
6. Please keep valuables secure and lock your room and house doors when leaving.
7. Please leave your footwear outside and use our indoor slippers.
8. If you move any items in the house, please return them to their original positions before check-out. No noise after 9:00 PM to maintain peace and order in the area.
