I. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

• Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 11:00
• Early check-in from 6:00 to 10:00 - additional 50% room rate - advance notice required
• Early check-in before 6:00 - additional 100% room rate - advance notice required
• Check-in from 10:00 - 14:00 – subject to room availability, early check-in after 10:00 may be available at no additional charge. Late check-out is subject to room availability and will incur the following charges:
• 11:00 -15:00: 30% room rate
• 15:00 -18:00: 50% room rate
• Check-out after 18:00: 100% room rate

II. HOUSE RULES

1. When checking out, please ensure that all property, furnishings, and fixtures inside and outside the villa are kept in the same condition as at check-in
2. Please smoke outside the building. Dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays in the garden area.
3. We hope for courteous guests, so please keep the villa clean and tidy during and after your stay
4. We love animals, however, please understand that your pets cannot stay with us to prevent any untoward incidents during your vacation. We will try to arrange the most reasonable way to look after your pets.
5. Please turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave your room.
6. Please keep your valuables secure and remember to lock your room and villa doors when you leave.
7. Please leave your shoes outside and use the provided slippers inside the villa.
8. If you move any furnishings, please return them to their original positions before check-out.
9. No noise after 21:00 to ensure peace in the area
