• Because this is an experience tour with trekking, children can only participate if they can complete the route. Child pricing is the same as adult pricing.
• The program can be adjusted as needed, but will still ensure all attractions are fully visited.
• You must provide complete and accurate personal information including full name and date of birth to purchase insurance.
• If you require vegetarian meals, please notify when booking the tour for support.
• Any tour services not used will not be refunded for any reason.
• Bring motion sickness medication and sunscreen to ensure your health.
• No refund for guests who abandon the tour midway.
• In case of force majeure such as riots, natural disasters, floods,... depending on actual circumstances and for customer safety and convenience, the company will proactively notify customers of changes such as cancellation or replacement with a new program. If the new program incurs additional costs, customers will pay this amount. However, both parties must make maximum efforts to minimize losses caused by force majeure.

PICKUP SURCHARGE BY AREA

• South Island: 150,000 VND/guest
• Additionally, PYS will charge surcharges for inconvenient pickup points not on the tour route (case by case - please verify directly with our consultants)

FOREST TRAVEL GUIDELINES:

• Do not eat unfamiliar fruits in the forest, leaves, mushrooms...
• Do not go alone or into dense bushes...
• Help and support each other on the trail
