Cruise itineraries may change without prior notice due to weather and operating conditions at sea.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Severe weather, tide levels and operating conditions at sea may require changes to the route and itinerary at any time. In particular, kayaking and swimming may be canceled or moved to another area due to severe weather.
• The cruise serves a combination of international, seafood and Vietnamese dishes. Please inform our reservations team at least one (01) week before departure of any specific food preferences, dietary requirements or food allergies.
• The port authority requires advance registration with each guest's full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and passport number. A valid passport is required at check-in. The port authority may deny boarding if these requirements are not met.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available on the sun deck, but please note that internet signals at sea are frequently disrupted.
• Join Bhaya in protecting the environment and saying NO to plastic waste. Bhaya provides complimentary filtered water in the restaurant area, where guests can refill their personal water bottles throughout the journey. Amenity kits (toothbrushes and cotton swabs) are available at reception. We encourage guests to bring their own personal items when traveling.

Cancellation charges

• More than 30 days: groups booking 10 rooms or more are charged 30% of the total service value
• From 08 to 30 days: Groups booking 10 rooms or more are charged 50% of the total service value
• From 08 to 30 days: Groups booking from 05 to 10 rooms are charged 30% of the total service value
• From 04 to 07 days: Groups booking 10 rooms or more are charged 70% of the total service value
• From 04 to 07 days: Groups booking 10 rooms or more are charged 50% of the total service value
• From 04 to 07 days: Groups booking fewer than 05 rooms are charged 50% of the total service value
• Less than 03 days: 100% of the total service value
