Child policy:

• Children's ages are calculated by year of birth, not by the exact date of birth
• Policy for children sharing a room with their parents:

1. A maximum of 02 children under 11 years old may share a room with their father or mother
2. An additional meal service must be booked for each child aged 0-5 at 50% of the rate for 1 adult

• Policy for children staying in a separate room
• Children under 11 years old may only stay in a separate room under parental supervision

Required documents/items:

• Identity card/Citizen ID card/Passport for adults, and Birth certificate for children
• Passengers' personal details (as shown on their identity documents) must be submitted at least 1 day before departure for small groups of fewer than 10 people, and at least 3 days before departure for groups of 10 or more, to complete the overnight registration required by the Bay Management Authority

Recommended items: swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, credit card or cash, and suitable shoes/sandals for cave and beach activities (if applicable)

General notes:

1. Special dietary requirements: please notify us at least 1 day before departure
2. Cruise itineraries may change without prior notice due to weather, tides, and operating conditions.
3. For safety reasons, the following guests should not join the cruise tour:

• People with physical or sensory disabilities
• People experiencing hallucinations, sleepwalking, claustrophobia, epilepsy …
• Elderly guests over 80 years old
• People weighing over 120kg

4. To protect the environment, Vịnh Hạ Long PROHIBITS the use/carrying of plastic bags and single-use plastic bottles. Guests who deliberately violate this rule will be refused service and may be fined under Notice No. 475/TB-UBND of Quàng Ninh Province and Notice No. 370/BQLVHL/NVNC.
5. Guests must strictly comply with the cruise's Rules – Regulations.
