Itinerary and activities

• The itinerary may change for certain reasons without prior notice
• Times in the itinerary are approximate; the tour guide will advise the exact times at departure
• All activities are included in the service package. Guests may choose to rest and relax on board without taking part in every activity
• Activities are subject to weather, water levels, and operating conditions. Swimming and kayaking may be canceled due to bad weather. Services not used for this reason are non-refundable

Food and beverages on board

• The main meals on the cruise listed in the itinerary are included
• A standard menu is prepared for all guests. Please advise us 3 days before departure of any special dietary requirements, allergies, or vegetarian diets

What to bring

• Guests must bring a citizen ID card/passport (required for check-in and registration)
• Other essential personal items: sunglasses, hat, sports shoes, swimwear, camera…

Child policy

• 01 child aged 1-4 stays free of charge (sharing the parents' bed)
• 01 child aged 5-10 (sharing the parents' bed): a surcharge of 75% of the adult rate applies
• A second child under 5 using an extra bed: a surcharge of 75% of the adult rate applies
• Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults

Early check-out and late check-in policy: Guests are fully responsible for the additional cost of the speedboat transfer to/from the cruise, subject to speedboat availability

Surcharges:

• National Day 2/9, public holidays 30/4 & 1/5: 45 USD/guest
• 24/12, 31/12, and Lunar New Year on the 30th day of the final lunar month and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days of the new year: 60 USD/guest
• A third adult, with or without an extra bed or mattress, is charged 100% of the rate (limited availability, size 1m.2m)
• Child pricing policy:

1. Ages 1-4: 1 child stays free of charge; the second child is charged 50% of the adult rate.
2. Ages 05 to 10: Charged 75% of the adult rate, sharing a bed with parents with no extra bed
3. From age 11: Charged 100% of the adult rate

• Limousine rate for agents: 17,5 USD / 1 guest / 1 way (Hà Nội - Hạ Long)
• Group policy:

1. A 50% cabin-rate discount for 01 accompanying tour leader (not a tour guide) for groups of 16 guests or more
2. 01 complimentary cabin for 01 accompanying tour leader for groups booking 16 cabins or more- maximum 01 complimentary cabin/1 booking 3, For private cruise charters, a complimentary cabin for the tour leader is subject to availability

• Tour guide policy: complimentary only when the guide holds a tour guide card and uses a language other than English. The guide may board free of charge and receive staff meals and accommodation only when the cruise has spare capacity.
