Itinerary

This tour has 2 routes — pick the one that suits you

Overnight: Cruise

08:30-09:00: Our driver will pick you up at the prearranged meeting point in Hà Nội's Old Quarter or at the Opera House (for guests using the cruise's transfer service). During the journey, the driver will stop at a rest area for about 10-15 minutes.
11:30-12:00: Arrive at the check-in area at Hạ Long International Cruise Port. Our speedboat will take you to Scarlet Pearl Cruise in approximately 25 minutes. Once on board, our staff will serve welcome drinks and provide a safety briefing. The cruise gradually sails toward Vịnh Lan Hạ as you enjoy a hearty lunch at Tahiti Restaurant
15:00: Explore Sáng Cave by kayak or bamboo boat, followed by swimming and kayaking around Ao Ếch.
17:30: Sunset over Vịnh Lan Hạ is one of the day's unmissable moments. During this time, we will host a Sunset Party at the sky bar or a cooking class with our head chef (One of these activities will be held, depending on the season). 17:30 to 18:30 is also happy hour, with a buy 1, get 1 free offer on drinks from our happy-hour menu. Guests can choose to watch the sunset over Vịnh Lan Hạ aboard a catamaran while enjoying excellent cocktails. (This option is available at an additional charge).
19:00: Enjoy an elegant and distinctive fine-dining dinner at Tahiti Restaurant.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge when sharing meals and a bed with their parents
Children from 05 to 07 years old: Sharing meals and a bed with their parents = 50% of the adult rate; using an extra bed = 75% of the extra-bed rate stated in the contract
Children from 08 to 11 years old: Sharing meals and a bed with their parents = 75% of the adult rate

Surcharge for tour guides boarding the ship

Surcharge of 650,000vnd/ 1 guide with a valid tour guide card, including the same meals as guests and staff accommodation, for the 2-day, 1-night program.
Surcharge of 1,290,000vnd/ 1 guide with a valid tour guide card, including the same meals as guests and staff accommodation, for the 3-day, 2-night program.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For individual booking groups:

a. Groups booking 1 – 3 rooms:

More than 7 days before departure: No fee
From 3 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of the total amount

b. Groups booking 4 - 6 rooms:

More than 10 days before departure: No fee
From 5 to 10 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the total amount

c. Groups booking 7 – 9 rooms:

More than 30 days before departure: No fee
From 14 to 30 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 7 - 13 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total amount

d. Groups booking 9 rooms or more:

More than 45 days before departure: No fee
From 30 - 45 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 15 - 29 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
From 7 - 14 days before departure: 75% of the total amount
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total amount

e. No-shows for all groups: 100% of the total amount

For full-ship charters:

More than 60 days before departure: No fee
From 45 - 60 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 30 - 44 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
From 14 - 29 days before departure: 75% of the total amount
Less than 14 days before departure :100% of the total amount.
