Itinerary

Overnight: At the destination

Guests gather at the international terminal - Tan Son Nhat Airport to check in for flight VJ811(09:00-12:05) to Singapore. Upon arrival at Changi International Airport (Singapore), the group will complete immigration procedures.

Guests will have a light lunch (fast food). Then, the group will depart for sightseeing:
Merlion Park – take photos with the iconic sea lion statue, symbol of Singapore.
Esplanade Theatre – distinctive architecture shaped like a durian.
Garden by the Bay – Singapore's wonder, home to thousands of plant species from around the world. Guests will take photos with the SuperTree structures. Visit the Flora Fantasy Orchid Garden: showcasing rare orchid varieties (entry ticket included)
Dinner at a restaurant. Guests can check into their rooms or participate in the 3-in-1 Singapore night exploration package (at own expense).
Explore the underground life of Singapore residents via the MRT subway system.
Experience a river cruise on the Singapore River with views of Clarke Quay and Marina Bay.

Excess baggage fees and other personal expenses.
Proof of Covid-19 vaccination with at least 2 doses (vaccination information must match your passport). Guests vaccinated with Russian or Cuban vaccines cannot enter Singapore.
Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals: 60usd per person per entry. For countries exempt from Vietnam visas such as the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, etc., to maintain visa exemption, entries into Vietnam must be at least 30 days apart. If less than 30 days, a re-entry permit is required at 115usd per person per entry. For guests with multiple-entry Vietnam visas, re-entry visa is not required, but note that each entry should not exceed 3 to 6 months (depending on visa type). Please bring 2 photos (4x6cm with white background) when joining the tour to complete visa procedures when returning to Vietnam.

Cancellation 1-3 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 100% of total tour price.

Holiday and Tet tours are tours that fall on one of the officially designated holiday or Tet dates.

When registering for a tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, what's included and not included, and cancellation terms. If you don't register in person and someone registers on your behalf, please get detailed information about the program from that person.
Please bring your original passport, pay a 50% deposit when registering, and complete the remaining payment 2 weeks before departure.
If you pay by bank card or via vnpay/onepay gateway, an additional service fee of 3% will be charged.
If you hold dual nationality or a travel document, please notify the tour staff at registration and submit original documents along with any related papers.
If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register for travel to a third country.
As our tours combine individual travelers into groups, if you choose to leave the group without participating, you will be charged a surcharge of 2.000.000 VNĐ per person.
As our tours combine individual travelers into groups, Du Lịch Việt is responsible for accepting bookings until we have a full group (10 adults or more) to depart on schedule. If we have fewer than 10 guests, the company will notify you 4 days before departure and discuss a new date, or refund your full payment. If you still wish to depart on the original date, the company will merge your group with partner operators.
If you request a single room, please pay an additional surcharge.
For guests aged 75 and above, you and your family must confirm good health for tour participation and a companion under 60 (in good health) must accompany you.
If you wish to cancel after paying, bring your ID and payment receipt to the company office to process the cancellation. The company does not accept phone cancellations.
If you cannot depart or enter due to personal reasons (blurry documents, expired passport, non-compliance), Du Lịch Việt is not responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
The itinerary, accommodations, and attractions may be adjusted based on actual conditions, but the total number of attractions will remain as promised.
Flights and departure times may change at the last minute due to airline schedules.
In case of force majeure such as terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or changes to flight/train schedules, the travel company will proactively modify the itinerary or cancel the tour for your convenience and safety, and will not compensate for incidental expenses or services rendered.
For children under 18: If traveling with parents, they must bring an original birth certificate with red seal. If not traveling with parents, they must bring a power of attorney letter with local government authorization.
