Overnight: Hotel

Guide picks up group at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, group completes boarding procedures for VJ893 (08:05 – 13:05) to Bali.

Arriving at Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, shuttle and local guide pick up the group for sightseeing. Light lunch (burger + french fries + water) will be served on the coach.
Tanah Lot Temple - a magnificent temple perched on a dramatic rocky outcrop in the sea. Built around the 16th century by the last monks to arrive in Bali from Java, the temple was constructed to honor the protection of the Sea.
Group dinner, then check in at 4-star hotel. Rest, free time to explore Bali at night

Vietnam re-entry visa for foreign nationals is 35 USD/guest/time. For countries with Vietnam visa exemption such as: UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, etc., to enjoy visa exemption, each entry to Vietnam must be at least 30 days apart. If less than 30 days, re-entry documentation must be processed at 115 USD/guest/time

PCR test confirmation within 48 hours before flight in English/Vietnamese, with red stamp and passport information.

Cancellation policy

Cancel tour immediately after embassy/consulate has issued visa: Cancellation fee is 100% of tour deposit
Cancel tour 60 days or more before departure date: Cancellation fee is 10% of total tour price.
Cancel tour 30-45 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 30% of total tour price.
Cancel tour 16-29 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 60% of total tour price
Cancel tour 8-15 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 90% of total tour price
Cancel tour 1-7 days before departure date: Cancellation fee is 100% of total tour price
Cancellation time is calculated for business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
Tour cancellation must be reported directly to the company or via fax, email and must be confirmed by the company. Cancellation via telephone is not accepted.

When registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, what is and isn't included, and the tour cancellation conditions in the program. If you don't register directly but have someone else register on your behalf, please carefully understand the program details from whoever registered you.
Please bring your original Passport, deposit 50% of tour price for all tours upon registration, and complete payment 2 weeks before tour departure
Entry requirements for Bali for guests aged 12 and above mandate full vaccination with at least 2 doses, with the final dose at least 14 days before departure. For children under 12, only PCR test is required
If paying by bank card or via vnpay/onepay gateway, an additional 3% service fee will be charged.
Guests with dual nationality or travel documents must notify the tour sales staff at registration and submit original documents with related papers (if any).
Guests with only a green card (temporary residence permit abroad) and no valid Vietnamese passport cannot register for third-country tours.
As this is a shared group tour, the travel company is responsible for accepting customers until the group is full (10 or more adults) to depart on schedule. If the group is under 10 guests, the company will notify customers 4 days before departure and agree on a new departure date, or refund the full amount to previously registered guests. If you still wish to depart on the original date, the company will combine your group with other partner groups to depart on your registered date.
If you request a single room, please pay an additional surcharge.
For guests over 75 years old, you and your family commit to ensuring good health to participate in the tour with the company upon registration and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (in good health).
After payment, if you wish to cancel the tour, please bring your ID and payment receipt directly to the Company Office to process the cancellation. The company does not accept cancellations via telephone.
If you cannot exit and enter due to personal reasons (such as blurred/unclear images or information on original documents; expired passport, not meeting regulations...), the travel company is not responsible and will not refund the tour.
Hotels and sightseeing programs may be adjusted for convenience, but the total number of sightseeing points remains guaranteed as in the program.
Flight schedules and times may change at the last minute, as they depend on airlines.
In case of force majeure such as: terrorism, riots, natural disasters, flight schedule changes, train delays... the travel company will proactively adjust the itinerary or cancel the tour for customer convenience and safety and is not responsible for compensating any incurred costs, as well as services already provided.
