CHILD POLICY

• 1 child under 05 sharing the parents' room and bed stays free of charge (sharing the parents' meals and sleeping arrangements). If 02 children under 5 share the parents' room and bed, the second child is charged 75% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 5 to under 11 sharing the parents' room and bed are charged 75% of the rate for 01 adult
• Two children under 11 staying in a separate room are charged the double-room rate. If 01 child stays in a separate room, the charge is 80% of the double-room rate.
• Children aged 11 and above are charged as adults.
• Confirmation of bookings that include children is subject to Party A's approval.

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT POLICY

Late changes or reductions in the number of guests on an advance booking will be treated as a late cancellation, with the penalties set out below. Increases are subject to actual availability:

1. Guests joining a group and booking fewer than 08 cabins:

• More than 15 days before departure: No charge
• 10 to 14 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• 04 to 09 days before departure: 70% of the total amount
• Within 03 days before departure or without notice: 100% of the total tour price

2. Guests joining a group and booking 08 cabins or more:

• More than 45 days before departure: No charge
• 31 to 45 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
• 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• 7 to 30 days before departure: 70% of the total amount
• Within 6 days before departure or without notice: 100% of the total tour price

3. Full cruise charters:

• More than 90 days before departure: No charge
• 61 to 89 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• 41 to 60 days before departure: 70% of the total amount
• 31 to 40 days before departure: 90% of the total amount
• Within 30 days before departure or without notice: 100% of the total amount
