• Christmas’ Eve 24/12/2022 and 2023
• New Year’s Eve 31/12/2022 and 2023

CHILDREN'S POLICY

• Only 01 (one) child per 01 (one) room may be considered for a discount when sharing the room and bed with 02 (two) adults.
• Children under 05 years old sharing a room and bed with their Parents stay free of charge; the second child under 05 years old is charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 5 – 11 sharing a room and bed with their Parents are charged 75% of the rate for 01 adult - extra bed included (the children's policy does not apply to the Family Suite Balcony and Family Premium Suite Balcony cabin categories on Orchid, or the Family Deluxe Balcony and Family Deluxe Suite Balcony cabin categories on Orchid Trendy).
• Two children under 12 years old staying in a separate room are charged the rate for 2 adults/room.
• Children aged 12 and over are charged the adult rate.
• 01 adult and 01 child under 12 years old sharing a room are charged the rate for 2 adults/room.
• Confirmation of bookings that include children is subject to the Company's approval.

AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Late changes or reductions in the number of guests on an advance booking will be treated as a late cancellation, with the applicable penalties stated below. Increases are subject to confirmation based on actual availability. Cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the guest's account.

1. Joining guests booking fewer than 06 cabins

• More than 15 days before the departure date No penalty
• From 14 to 10 days before the departure date 50% of the total amount
• From 09 to 04 days before the departure date 70% of the total amount
• Within 03 days before the departure date or
• No notice 100% of the total amount.

2. Joining guests booking 06 cabins or more

• More than 45 days before the departure date No penalty
• From 45 to 31 days before the departure date 25% of the total amount
• From 30 to 15 days before the departure date 50% of the total amount
• From 14 to 7 days before the departure date 70% of the total amount
• Within 6 days before the departure date or
• No notice 100% of the total amount
• For increases in the number of guests, the company is responsible for confirming the request based on the vessel's availability.
• For reductions in the number of guests, the corresponding cancellation policy will apply in proportion to the reduction in cabins.

3. Full-vessel charter guests

• More than 90 days before the departure date No penalty
• From 89 to 61 days before the departure date 50% of the total amount
• From 60 to 41 days before the departure date 70% of the total amount
• From 40 to 31 days before the departure date 90% of the total amount
• Within 30 days before the departure date or
• No notice 100% of the total amount
