CHILD TICKET PRICING:

According to airline and service regulations:

• Under 2 years old: 30% of tour price (share bed with adult).
• From 2 to 11 years old: 90% of tour price (1 child shares bed with adult).
• From 11 years old and up: charged at adult rate.
• If 2 children travel with 2 adults, please pay for 1 child at adult rate to get an additional bed, as Thai rooms are quite small.

NOTES:

• When registering for a tour, please carefully read the itinerary, tour price, what's included and not included, and tour cancellation conditions. If you do not register directly but have someone else register for you, please understand the program details from that person.
• Minimum vaccination requirement: at least 2 vaccine doses, with the last dose at least 14 days before departure. Children under 11 do not need to be vaccinated; ages 12-17 require minimum 1 dose.
• Please bring a valid Passport (original), deposit 50% of tour price when registering and complete payment 2 weeks before the tour departs.
• If you pay by bank card or via vnpay/onepay gateway, a 3% service fee surcharge applies.
• Since this is a shared group tour, if you voluntarily split from the group or don't participate in the program with the group, you will be charged a 50 USD/day/person surcharge.
• If you hold dual nationality or a travel document, please inform the tour sales staff at the time of registration and submit the original documents with related papers (if applicable).
• If you only have a green card (temporary residence card abroad) and no valid Vietnamese passport, you cannot register for travel to third countries.
• For minors under 18: if traveling with parents/guardians must bring birth certificate with red seal; if not traveling with parents/guardians must bring a power of attorney letter with confirmation from local authorities.
• As this is a shared group tour, Du Lịch Việt will be responsible for accepting guests to complete the group (10 adult guests or more) and the group will depart on schedule. If the group has fewer than 10 guests, the company will notify guests 4 days before departure and reschedule the departure date, or refund all payments to previously registered guests.
• If you request a single room, please pay an additional surcharge.
• Guests aged 75 or older must sign a health certificate and be accompanied by a relative aged 18-55.
• After payment, if you wish to cancel, please bring your ID and payment receipt directly to the Company office to process cancellation. The company does not accept phone cancellations.
• If you are unable to exit or enter due to personal reasons (such as blurred or unclear photos/documents; expired passport; non-compliance with regulations…), Du Lịch Việt will not be responsible and will not refund the tour fee.
• Depending on actual conditions, the sightseeing program and hotels may be adjusted for appropriateness, but the total number of sightseeing sites will remain complete.
• Flights and flight times may change at the last minute due to airline schedules.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as: terrorism, riots, natural disasters, changes to airline or train schedules… the travel company will proactively modify the itinerary or cancel the tour for customer convenience and safety and will not be responsible for compensation of incurred costs or services already rendered.
