• Children sharing a bed with an adult – only applicable to children aged 0 to 6

• Children under 4 years old sharing a bed with an adult: free of charge if onboard meals are not booked.
• Children aged 4 to 6 sharing a bed with an adult: only onboard meals are charged as follows: 588.000VNĐ/child for the 2-day, 1-night itinerary (Equivalent to 25USD/child), 1.175.000VNĐ/child for the 3-day, 2-night itinerary (Equivalent to 50USD/child) and 1.410.000VNĐ/child for the 4-day, 3-night itinerary (Equivalent to 60USD/child)

• Children using a separate bed from adults: children aged 4 – under 12 staying with 2 adults are charged 53USD/child for the 2-day, 1-night itinerary, 93USD/child for the 3-day, 2-night itinerary) and 135USD/child for the 4-day, 3-night itinerary.

Cancellation penalties for overnight cruises:

1. Cancellation by joining guests booking from 1 to 2 cabins

2. Cancellation by joining guests booking 3 cabins or more, or full-vessel charter guests on vessels with fewer than 5 cabins taking the 2-day / 1-night itinerary.

• More than 10 days before departure, 100% refund
• From 7 to 10 days before the departure date, 75% refund
• From 2 to 6 days before the departure date, 50% refund

5. Cancellation by full-vessel charter guests on vessels with 5 cabins or more taking an itinerary of 3 days/2 nights or longer.

• More than 45 days before departure, 100% refund
• From 20 to 45 days before the departure date, 75% refund
• From 3 to 19 days before the departure date, 50% refund
• Within 72 hours before departure, or no notice: no refund

Triple and family cabin pricing policy: The 3rd and 4th adults staying in a triple or family cabin are charged 75% of the adult rate

Shared transfer surcharge for Hà Nội - Hạ Long - Hà Nội: Luxury vehicle - Luxury Van (maximum 8 guests/vehicle):

1. Hà Nội - Hạ Long route:

• Adult rate: 16 USD/person
• Rate for children aged 4 – 12: 10 USD/child
• Children under 4 years old: Free of charge.

2. Hạ Long – Hà Nội route (including a visit to Yên Đức village for a water puppet show and light refreshments):

• Adult rate: 22 USD/person).
