- The 4-hour ticket is valid for 4 hours from the time you first board the bus. During this period, you can hop on and off to visit attractions according to your family's schedule. After you get off at an attraction, the next bus will arrive 1 hour later to pick up passengers and continue the journey.
- For other ticket types (1 loop, 24-hour/48-hour): contact the company.
- Guests must check in 15 minutes before the bus departs.
- Times may change due to local traffic conditions.
- On weekends, the bus does not stop at Stop 02 because it is within the pedestrian zone (from 18:00 on Friday to 12:00 on Sunday each week)
- Wheelchairs can be used on the lower deck.
- Recorded commentary is available in English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish and German.
- During road closures, some bus stops may be skipped; if this happens, an announcement will be made on the bus.
- The time available for activities may be very limited. The itinerary and program may change as necessary.
- Tips and personal expenses are not included.
