Overnight: At the destination

08:00 AM: Guests arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport departure gate, board flight VJ809 SGN-HKT 09:00 - 10:55 to Phuket. Group arrives at Phuket Airport, welcoming guests to the Kingdom of the Smile in Thailand.
Lunch: Group lunch. Group visit: Chalong Shrine - a temple that is an indispensable Buddhist symbol when visiting Phuket. Here there are bracelets blessed by monks in the temple for sale to bring peace to homeowners.
Evening: Check in at hotel, group dinner at a local restaurant. Free to explore the vibrant Patong night street.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation 20 days before departure, guest pays 80% tour penalty fee.
Cancellation 15 days before departure, guest pays 90% tour penalty fee.
Cancel 10 days before departure: 100% penalty fee.

(Passport) Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
Adults and children must have confirmation of Covid-19 vaccination with at least 2 doses completed.
Thailand only accepts 8 types of vaccines for THAILAND PASS declaration and entry including: AstraZeneca or Covishield, CoronaVac (Sinovac), Pfizer–BioNTech or Comirnaty, Janssen or Janssen/Ad26.COV2.S, Moderna, Sinopharm or COVILO, Sputnik V and Covaxin....
This is a leisure tour only; please do not leave the group throughout the program.
If the guest is Overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner, you must have a multiple-entry visa and bring it with you on the tour.
Children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or authorized guardian with written parental authorization.
Thien Nhien will not be liable if you are denied entry.
The company reserves the right to change the itinerary, use alternative airlines, but still ensures full visits to all destinations according to the program.
Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 75% of adult tour price + 100% tax. (Sharing bed with adult)
Cancellation after registration penalty fee 50% of deposit.
Cancellation 7 days before departure penalty fee = 50% of total tour price. (Calculated by business days)
Cancellation within 5 days before penalty fee = 75% of total tour price. (Calculated by business days)
After the above time penalty fee = 100% of total program value. (Calculated by business days)

In cases of force majeure such as: terrorism, natural disasters… or due to incidents or schedule changes of public transportation such as: airplanes, trains… the Company reserves the right to change the route at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for compensation of any arising damages.
