Note regarding cosmetic surgery: Guests who have undergone cosmetic procedures (eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, jaw contouring, eyebrow tattooing, ….) may be refused entry or exit by the authorities of the countries concerned. The tour operator will not cover any resulting costs or refund services if this occurs

11. The price applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and over must pay the difference for premium insurance coverage. Guests aged 75 and over must provide a certificate issued by a competent medical authority confirming that they are fit for international travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. Before joining the tour, guests and their families must confirm the guest's health condition with our Company. If any incident occurs during the tour, the Company will not be liable under any circumstances.

13. To maintain the tour price, guests must commit to following the full itinerary. If you leave the group on any day, the separation fee will be 100$* number of days away*number of guests leaving the group.
14. Flight times and airlines may change to suit the itinerary and flight availability. The tour operator will notify the group and send the confirmed flight schedule at least 4 days before departure.

As this is a shared tour for individual travelers, the tour operator is responsible for assembling a group of 16 people or more, which will depart according to schedule with a tour leader accompanying the group from Vietnam. For groups of 10 – 14 people, the tour operator will assign a guide to assist the group with airport procedures. A local guide will meet the group at the destination airport and accompany guests throughout the journey. If the group has fewer than 10 people, the tour operator is responsible for notifying guests 05 days before departure and will agree on a new departure date with them or refund the deposit paid.
18. The tour operator reserves the right to combine guests from different companies to form a complete group and depart as agreed.

CHILD POLICY:

• Children aged 2 to under 11: 90% of the price (sharing a bed with parents)
